I’ve been going to Sean for almost 2 years! Before going to him I was scared to pick up a barbell or go near the weights, but now it’s one of my favorite things to do in the gym! He has helped me achieved so many of my goals and the gym atmosphere is great! Boom is awesome 10/10 recommend!

I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism Sean, my trainer, exhibited while at the same time making me feel at ease and able to have a good time. His ability to read my body type and tailor my exercises to fit my needs was honestly surprising.
