I’ve been going to Boom for a little over 3 months and I’m already seeing better results than my last gym that I spent years at. Strength training is exactly what I needed and I’m so glad I found Sean to help me fulfill my potential. He’s a great trainer and the atmosphere and clients at Boom make it a fun place to workout!

Sean truly takes the time to connect with his clients and makes your workout fit you and your needs. I’ve been going to Sean for almost 2 years! Before going to him I was scared to pick up a barbell or go near the weights, but now it’s one of my favorite things to do in the gym! He has helped me achieved so many of my goals and the gym atmosphere is great! Boom is awesome 10/10 recommend!

This is by far the most valuable gym I have ever come across. As a former athlete and now actor, I came in having specific goals: look, strength, and rehabilitation. My expectations for this gym and Sean’s program has gone far beyond my expectations. I have been experiencing immediate results: building my strength back to my college levels, both building lean muscle and shedding excess fat, and drastically improving my capabilities around my college back injury. This is the most intimate, hands on gym I’ve ever been a part of, which IS NOT reflected by the cost. Sean is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and will be sure to stinusmte your mind as much as your body. I have full trust in Sean as my trainer, but also as a good friend! Highly recommend!!!
