After a 7 month season of hockey, I was looking for off ice training for my 10 year old son. After looking at every program around the area. I came to Sean and explain to him what I wanted for my son. Getting my son quicker, faster, stronger. After speaking to Sean it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about.
